Ki Resources was created in 1998 by Susan and Jeremy Higa. It's purpose is to share what we have experienced and learned through our practice and studies in macrobiotics. Through Ki Resources Susan and Jeremy Higa offer various services to the public of Berkshire County. We offer classes covering the application and principles of the Strengthening Health Approach to Macrobiotics, macrobiotic dinner lectures, private teaching and cooking, and individual and family health counseling. Through Ki Resources Jeremy offers nine ki classes and produces the yearly Nine Ki Almanac. Join us and discover a great life!
